Manage CAD/CAM system for the fabrication of all-ceramic dental restorations, including 3-Dimensional modeling, scanning and design abutments for implants. Digitize and analyse exact anatomic data, use of software to add the modifications that transform the digital replica of the prosthesis, handle and file work orders.

- Survey the models, block-out undercuts, place the wax saddles;

- Making the moulds using fine-grained investment material;
- Wax-modeling in the maxilla and mandible (using wax clasp profiles,
grid retentions, ladder retentions, stippled casting wax);
- Casting (placing the sprues, position the funnel formers,
investing the wax-ups, casting in vacuum pressure casting machine
using “Wironium” alloy);
- Deflasking, blasting and grinding;
- Polishing (using electrical polishing unit), finishing and steam cleaning.
